Review:
A coworker of mine and I decided to try the Great American Grill in downtown St Paul on a Friday afternoon. We saw ads for it in the skyway in downtown and it looked like it could be appealing. We went into the restaurant and were seated then the waiting began. We waited and waited for our order to be taken. When it was finally taken, we observed the order was not put in for about 20 minutes. At around the 40 minute mark, with no food for our table in sight, we observed orders coming out to other tables in a confused, distressed fashion. It appeared the wait staff had no clue who or where they were delivering food to! At this point, my coworker and I decided that was enough for our first and only trip to the restaurant. I encourage you to have tons of patience if you are going to visit this restaurant. I did not have enough time on my lunch hour to endure the wait.
