Upon being seated we were given dirty and sticky menus, we asked for new ones, and we recieved them after 10 minutes or so. We had to ask for silverware, even after they had brought us appetizers, they still didn"t think we needed silverware to eat with. The food was either severely undercooked, or severely overcooked. I ordered a steak medium rare, and got it well done, my mother ordered a steak and ordered hers well done, hers came medium rare. Honest enough mistake, but when they bring out the new ones, the cooked them right, but mixed up what steak was on what plate. We were offered free deserts, which tasted about as bad as their service was. I have to say that this was one of the least professional establishments that I have ever had the misfortune of dining at. Never again will I go back to this restaurant, or another Granite City. Absolutely pathetic attempt at a ""Fine dining experience"". A non busy weekday night should not be that bad, even at Perkins!
