We walked in 30 mins before they were closing, and they still stayed afterward to serve us until we were satisfied! They have the best and the most rare saki you could ever find! This is the ultimate and best sushi restaurant in MN! The waiter knew what type of rolls to recommend us. The fish is so fresh! They have top grade fish that just melts in your mouth! After going to this place I will never go to any other sushi restaurant again. This places makes those other restaurants look so generic. The rolls here are decent size, they don't fall apart when you grab them, and they have really creative rolls that you could only find out on the east coast. As a picky sushi lover I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Very cool place. Kind of funky lighting and very urban feel for Woodbury. My girlfriends went for sushi this weekend and stayed most of the night at the bar listening to jazz. I'm a new fan of Saketini's!! :) The food was really different and the chef even showed us how to make some rolls at home. If you go you have to try the lava roll!!!

Review:
Wow, Finally real sushi in the twin cities!! We visited Giapponese on Friday night and sat at the sushi bar. Chefs were attentive and the recommendations were all fantastic! The fresh wasabi that was recommended was truly a unique experience as we had no idea that wasabi that is normally served is a mix of horseradish and mustard. However it was the the kobe beef skewers that had our mouths watering especially at only $19.00 for four decent proportioned skewers.

I am so happy that there is someone new in sushi in the twin cities! The food here is fantastic and bold. My favorites are the Crazy Monkey Roll and the Lava Roll. I can't wait to go back and try something else.

Review:
Great food, the staff and sushi chefs where amazing. I am expecting there being more done inside, its a little vanilla, but chic. The place is 100% open, you can see the kitchen and dishwashers, and every aspect of the resturant, there is nothing to hide. I feel that I left there with more knowledge about sushi and sake.
