Review:
Terrible food and service. As locals, we used to frequent Eagle Ridge quite often--former Chef Gar was the best in the area! Two weeks ago, we wne there for Saturday evening dinner. Drink order was delivered to our table incorrectly; was never able to get waitress's attention for refills. Garlic mashed potatoes came to our table refrigerator temp. My ribs (supposedly their current chef's specialty) were dry, brittle, and clearly overcooked. My husband's steak was tough. With over half our meal gone, we stopped eating, still awaiting for our potatoes to return from the kitchen at a palatable temp. When they arrived, both my husband and I left them sit--flavorless, blah! Besides terrible food, our waitress was clearly inexperienced or unable to multi-task more than the eight tables she and another waitress shared responsibility for. Don't waste your time--drive elsewhere!
