Review:
Waiting for your food for over 30 minutes is unacceptable even more frustrating was the managers inability to be able to let us know when our food was going to be ready. I understand that mistakes happen, which was clearly the case with us, the table next to us arrived 10 minutes after we did and got their food before we did as well, but as a manager you should be extremely apologetic that the mistake happened. This was not the case, the manager's actions showed he did not care whether or not he lost a customer. Yes, I understand the restaurant was busy, but when you make a mistake own up to it and remedy it!
