Review:
Our good friends Jason and his wife Emily invited us to Bambu to celebrate the year of the "Ox". It was so much fun!!! They had 3 dressed lions came into the restaurant, went into the kitchen, performed for a good half an hour, and went thru the entire restaurant. Prior to coming to Bambu, we only saw this type of performance in TV. And,the best part was the food! Everything tasted phenomenal! Before we even left Bambu, we'd decided what we were going to have when we return. Tonight, we ordered spring rolls as an appetizer and a Thai curry dish with chicken to share. They have the BEST peanut sauce, yummmmmmmmmmm! Cyathia & Steve

After moving to the Twin Cities from the West Coast, I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a great Asian restaurant to replace my favorites that I left behind. I found Bambu and I'm concerned no more! I've returned to Bambu many times for both lunch and dinner and have consistantly experienced great food with great service. The crispy egg rolls are among the best I've had and the garlic glazed chicken is truly addictive. I'm looking forward to working my way through the authentic Vietnamese dishes.

I lobe the fusion concept, the warm attentive service. Very nice & comfortable ambiance. I have tried mostly the traditional vietnamese & Thai. The flavors jump out, just as I like. A Nice, upscale place with Great foods that are favorites of mine.

Review:
I really loved this restaurant!. It had really tasty Asian food and a very nice variety. But it had much more too. I liked the fact it was really clean and extremely attractive. Nice music was playing in the background, and it had the feel of fine dining. The waitress and the hostess were totally efficient and charming, and I know that they wanted me to enjoy the meal. To me the idea of a varied Asian menu (plus mac and cheese for the kids) along with nice atmosphere, and a very clean environment is exactly what I have been looking for, as I love Asian food. Thanks for opening this restaurant!
