Review:
The idea behind Baker"s Ribs is a great idea, being able to get true Texas-style BBQ up here in the great white north. However, the execution is sorely lacking. The meat is fairly dry and tastes like it was left in the smoker way too long. There should be a delicious give and take between the succulent meat that carries a reminder of the wood that has cooked it for the last 18 hours and the sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. It should not taste like eating a Mesquite briquette.

Review:
Contrary to other reviews, I found the the food dissappointing. Most dissapointing were the baked beans which had a pungent strong garlic powder taste. The manager just said that their recipe was "bold" and not for everyone. The sandwich was skimpy on a commercial bread bun. The potato salad was different, closer to mashed than chunked potatoes. Their cheesy mashed potatoes were good.
